This condo remodeling project was designed to achieve a modern, clean, and elegant living space with an emphasis on openness and refined details. The layout was transformed by creating an open-concept kitchen featuring a sleek island that enhances both functionality and flow. The kitchen was completed with custom-made European-style cabinetry, offering streamlined lines and a contemporary look.

Outdated laminate flooring will be replaced with large-format ceramic tile, providing a seamless, sophisticated finish. In the living and dining area, a custom soffit will be built to incorporate recessed lighting, adding subtle illumination and elevating the overall ambiance of the home.
